Pina-Groni started as a playful mash-up — a Piña Colada meets Negroni — born from one of those weird ideas you throw out in cocktail creation just to see if it sticks. This one was so cool it became a staple across both menus, because tropical brightness meets bitter-sweet balance in every sip.

Pineapple infused rum, Campari, sweet vermouth, MILK PUNCH method with cream of coconut and pineapple
