Champagne Mai Tai was born at one of our TIKI & Love events and was such a hit it became a permanent menu favourite. Inspired by the classic Mai Tai — a cornerstone of tiki culture that celebrates tropical flair and rum-citrus balance — we gave it a sparkling twist that keeps the party lively even if the umbrella stays optional.

Bacardi White, Grand Marnier, orgeat, passion fruit, Dillon’s absinthe, bubbles
