Absinthe Colada came from a random walk through Williamsburg when we stumbled on a celebrated absinthe cocktail bar. Inspired by their take on a tropical riff that highlights absinthe’s herbal character in a piña colada-style format, we crafted our own version to celebrate that discovery.
Ingredients:
Dillon’s Absinthe, Bacardi White Rum, Fernet-Branca, pineapple, coconut milk, mint
