Oaxaca Sour is our playful twist on the iconic Oaxaca Old-Fashioned. We loved its smoky, earthy character so much that we reimagined it as a sour, adding bright citrus and creamy texture to lift and balance the bold mezcal notes in a refreshing, layered sip.
